I just took over DOC duties for Nortac Soccer Club in Tacoma Washington. If anyone in our network lives nearby and is interested in being part of a club that will fully support a possession style coaching philosophy please contact me at hatrik10@gmail.com
We have a few decent teams looking for coaches for the next cycle beginning next month, and I am interviewing coaches for the Dev (U9-U10) positions. Re-Rebranding after a difficult year but there is a lot of raw material to work with in the area and plenty of untapped resources
Congrats on the appointment as DOC and it’s great to see the commitment to possession-oriented soccer. I live in Tri-Cities and coach with Academy of Soccer Excellence (ASE) so I’m sure we will cross paths during league play or Washington Cup. I coach the G03 and G00 Emerald teams in case you ever notice them on the schedules.

Congrats, I hope everything works out. I presented myself as a candidate for D.O.C at the local club, needless to say my message of intelligent football did not go well with the entrenched coaching establishment…. I had an opportunity to observe all 13 of their teams and I was able to see how consistent in their “approach” to soccer truly is…
