I’m not usually active on forums, but you’ve got to get out of your comfort zone to progress I guess…

My name’s Sebastien and I hail from the wonderful ( well…)  french-speaking Canadian province of Quebec.

For the past 5 years or so , buzz words like « development » , « philosophy » and « let the game be the teacher » are being thrown around a lot without any real meaning. When I came across 3four3′ blog, I was skeptic at first. But I kept reading and found myself to agree with a lot of what was being said.

I coach U12 girl and collegial women.

I hope to learn here as much as I can.

Well anyway, that’s pretty much it.
