Not sure it will let me edit the thread title to make it read Northwest Chapter but I am glad to track both Washington and Oregon members.  Haven’t seen anyone from Idaho in the Intro thread but have seen at least one BC person.  I will have to go track that person down and see if they want to join this thread as well.

So time to schedule our first Portland area chapter meeting.

What days and times generally work for everyone and does anyone have a meeting location suggestion?  One meeting location idea is Rose City Futsal since we have people coming from both sides of Portland.  Send me your thoughts and I will get something scheduled.

Sounds good to me. RCF is a great choice. (Full disclosure – I am one of the investors :)). I live close by. Weeknights the pub/restaurant is open.

Sounds good to me.  Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays tend to be better for me in the evening.  Also, wouldn’t object to meeting up for kids open play (I have 2 youngsters), which I think is on Saturdays in January.

Let’s set up a Tuesday or Thursday in February. Around 6pm or 7pm would be good.

Add me to the chapter please!  You can read my bio in the Intro thread but I coach the boys varsity at South Albany HS and am the Technical Director at Albany FC.  I would love to meet with you guys and talk soccer, network, etc.

I will be coaching a boys U10 team starting in May and would love to schedule some friendlies with other U10 teams trying to implement the same style of play and philosophy.  I’m also always looking for friendlies for my high school boys in the summer if any of you coach high school teams.

For me just schedule the meeting and I’ll make sure I’m there.

My team is currently training on Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:45 to 8:15.  I am waiting to get my updated training calendar from our club for the month of February as lacrosse causes havoc with field availability for us.  Hopefully I will have it soon and see of I can make a Tuesday work.
